Flip-flap cold room doors are a type of door used in commercial cold rooms to control temperature. They are characterized by a unique flip-flap design, which allows for easy access to the room while ensuring a secure and tight seal when closed. These doors are made with insulation materials, such as polyurethane foam, for optimal thermal performance and durability. In addition, flip-flap cold room doors are low maintenance and easy to install.
Wings of flip flap doors are produced with special hinges that can be opened 180 degrees in both directions and can stay open when necessary. The polyurethane filled wing is 40 mm thick. There are different sheet options (RALL 9002, PVC, 304 QUALITY stainless) and colored sheet options. It can be manufactured with or without windows (with or without portholes). There is a shin guard and a polyethylene arm that absorbs the waist impact. It can be mounted on a panel or a built-in wall.
